‘Oftentimes when designing a collection, there’s a tendency to try and add a lot of bells and whistles,’ Nate told Homes & Gardens. ‘What was really fun for Jeremiah and I, because this is really representative of where we are at right now, is we wanted to make it clean, simple and straightforward,’  The collection epitomizes minimalistic living and celebrates natural design. Each item in the 42-piece collection has been designed to layer with existing home decor ideas, with a prominent focus on the living room, dining room and bedroom.  One standout piece is the Marion sectional ($2,695, above), a fully customizable chaise that can be tailored to living areas of any size.  ‘It [the Marion sectional] is so rectilinear, so clean, so modern,’ says Nate. ‘It is probably the thing we are most excited about because it is impossible to find something of this quality with such clean lines at this price point.’  On the whole, the range blends early American Mid-Century design with European influence. With a unique approach to functional, everyday pieces, the collection features thoughtful elements that allow customers to truly make the most of their furniture. Bringing a calm and cozy feel to any area of the home, the Living Spaces collection is the perfect example of timeless style and functional design.  The Brighton 68” Sideboard ($1,095) is made from durable wood and features adjustable shelves and cabinet-style doors while the Gustav Adjustable End Table & Stool ($250, above) is the ideal double-duty piece for small spaces.  The Blakely 32” Accent Chair ($895) combines a classic curved design with a luxurious sheepskin fabric and the Gustav Panel Bed ($995+) has savvy under-bed storage. For a modern take on a classic nightstand, the Gustav Nightstand ($495) has built-in USB ports for convenient bedside charging, while the Gustav Armoire ($1695, below) has a ton of hidden storage.  From the Pacifica Wood 28” Accent Chair ($995) to the Matteo Estate 87” Sofa ($1,195), all of the pieces in Nate + Jeremiah’s seating collection are part of Living Space’s Custom Upholstery program. The program allows customers to choose from a wide range of hand-curated fabrics to customize any of the designs to match their own design aesthetic.  Our favorite piece? The Marble Top Pedestal Table, ($1,095, below).  Jeremiah says that their fifth collaboration with the West Coast homeware brand is a ‘really nice culmination’ of everything he and Nate have worked on with Living Spaces. ‘There are a lot of design-driven pieces that still maintain their simplicity. The complicated thing with designing new collections is finding a way where people can walk in and see the pieces and easily envision how to blend them seamlessly into the space they are already living in and that is always our top goal,’ he explains. ‘This collection is the easiest [of all five Nate + Jeremiah collections] to absorb into your homes which makes me happy.’ One thing that remains important to both Living Spaces and the designers is that the range blends upscale design with accessible price points. Pieces start from around $200 for a dining chair and go upward of $3,800 for a three-piece bedroom set.  It’s obvious just how proud Nate and Jeremiah are of their latest line, and the love has been pouring in from friends and fans on social media.
