THE PROPERTY

This summer home in Nantucket was designed for a longtime client. The property – a 7,000 sq ft, 7-bedroom spec house was built by local architects but Tim opened the house up and completely reconfigured the layout. He furnished the house with an eclectic mix of custom pieces, Paris flea market finds, and the family’s own furniture, art and objects brought back from various travels. Tim’s projects often include unexpected materials and repurposed objects. Here, some of those include antique Paris street lamps and custom shades made from London bus destination signs.
