The couple originally purchased the mansion – located on Indian Creek Island (nicknamed Billionaire Bunker) in 2020 – but announced their divorce in late 2022. The estate is perhaps the most notable of Tom Brady’s houses, dominating a chunk of land in the ‘world’s most exclusive municipality.’ It is one of only 34 properties available across 300 acres that boast waterfront views of Biscayne Bay, located on the Atlantic coast of South Florida. As one of the world’s best homes, the property was a natural choice for Tom and Gisele, who planned to reside there permanently with their children, Benjamin Rein, and Vivian Lake Brady. However, the Daily Mail (opens in new tab) reports that, despite their separation, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has continued to build and renovate the property.  The British newspaper recently captured aerial photos that show ‘production has moved forward exponentially’ since its first look at the home in September 2022. Initially, Tom and Gisele knocked down a pre-existing 5,772-square-foot home with plans to create a modern eco-friendly mansion on the land.  A photo posted by on Creating an eco-home was inevitable for Gisele, a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environmental Program since 2009.  ‘The environment has always been my passion. Mother Earth is our fundamental life-support system, and by becoming aware and responsible now, we can assist in preserving the planet,’ the model shared in a statement for the UN (opens in new tab).‘The damage we are doing to the environment affects us all. It is a global issue that needs to be met with global action.’ The new mansion will have solar panels and an organic garden, along with a yoga terrace, cabana, and large outdoor kitchen. Meanwhile, as Tom continues to build, Gisele Bündchen purchased a luxury Florida home that sits just across the water from his mansion. She also quietly purchased a $1.3 million Florida cottage which she started to renovate last year. Her new home has easy access to Billionaires Bunker (likely convenient for co-parenting with her former husband).  Other notable residents include Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and billionaire investor Carl Icahn who will neighbor Tom Brady once construction is complete.  Tom Brady’s first book explores the ‘unimaginable heights of excellence in his forties’ through a series of beautifully illustrated and deeply practical tips and illustrations. It is described as a ‘revolutionary approach to sustained peak performance’ for every kind of athlete.
