The condo, located in a luxe apartment building (just north of Miami Beach), became the couple’s home after leaving Washington DC in January 2021 – when her father, Donald Trump, left the Presidential office. The businesswoman was the senior advisor in his administration, and she worked as the director of the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship. Ivanka and her investor husband, Jared Kusher (who also served as a senior advisor to the 45th president), are set to leave their condo for a $24 million mansion in the nearby Indian Creek community – unofficially known as the ‘billionaire bunker.’ Indian Creek is a trove of some of the world’s best homes – attracting celebrities such as football quarterback Tom Brady and billionaire Eddie Lampert.  Ivanka Trump and Jared Kusher reportedly purchased their Indian Creek mansion last year but have lived in their Surfside apartment while extensively renovating their new home. The Mail (opens in new tab) reports that news of the sale came only weeks after Ivanka announced that she would no longer work in politics and, instead, prioritize her private life. She will not be joining her father’s upcoming presidential campaign.  ‘I love my father very much. This time around, I’m choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family,’ she said. ‘While I will always love and support my father, going forward, I will do so outside the political arena,’ she says.  The couple’s Surfside apartment sits in an exclusive apartment building consisting of only 16 units. Each condo has private elevator access, alongside access to a gym and a rooftop tennis court with programming from tennis coach James Bollettieri. There is also a swimming pool and tranquil meditation pond with sunbeds and cabanas. Other residence features include custom oak and marble Poliform kitchens and Roman travertine, oak, and marble master baths with sculptural soaking tubs that epitomize luxury bathroom ideas. The property also exhibits a living and dining area with a Roman travertine accent wall and European white oak flooring throughout. Located in Surfside, the prestigious enclave between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach, the property continues to impress far beyond its decorating ideas. The neighborhood sits close to Miami’s most vibrant cultural, culinary, and shopping destinations but is quiet enough to allow its residents to detox and raise a family.  The building sits amid prestigious luxury hotels and other apartment buildings designed by international architecture stars who are transforming the neighborhood into a true ‘American Riviera.’ We’re awaiting the listing that should come anytime soon.
