Guy worked alongside esteemed Los Angeles-based architect Steven Ehrlich (opens in new tab) to create the studio in the 1980s, and remnants of their original design remain visible today.  The ’90s icon, singer-songwriter Lenny Kravitz, moved in the property with his former wife, actress Lisa Bonet, who is best known for her work with the comedian Bill Cosby on The Cosby Show. Here, the couple raised their daughter, Zoë Kravitz before listing the home at the turn of the millennium.  The property is currently owned by another creative couple, who are following in the footsteps of Guy and are using the property as a beachside art atelier.  Where do Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet live now?

Despite selling the property in 2000, Lenny and Lisa were divorced seven years previously, in 1993, and Lisa remarried the actor Jason Momoa in 2017. While Lisa and Jason live in Topanga, California, Lenny splits his time between Paris, and the Bahamas, where his mother was born.
