The four-acre complex features five separate structures: a beautiful stucco-clad main house, fully-fitted guesthouse, pool house, carriage house and gated equestrian facility with stables – all in the impressive Spanish Revival style that became common in the American West and Southwest in the early 20th century. The property also has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, original windows, high ceilings, French doors, and sprawling gardens. The media mogul extraordinaire already owns two other homes in the star-studded Santa Barbara neighborhood: an estate known as the ‘Promised Land’ as well as a horse farm, which is in close proximity.
